Supermodel Kate Moss must be feeling a little bit miffed after she missed out on a table at LA’s top restaurant The Ivy to the UK’s favourite pin up turned author and pop minstrel Kate Price.

Moss was waiting to be seated at the glitzy eatery when the maitre’d informed her that the only Kate he had a table for was for Kate Price.

Moss, dressed in a “sloppy grey outfit” apparently couldn’t look any less Hollywood compared to former glamour model Jordan. An onlooker explained to British tabloid the Star “She was with a friend and obviously assumed that she’d put the model’s name down on the list. As they called out ‘Kate’ she stepped forward.

“However at that moment a car pulled out and Jordan stepped out with husband Peter Andre. She looked glowing and absolutely LA in a tight green top.

“The maitre’d explained that this was the Kate the table was set aside for. She’d just got off the plane from England and they were eager to welcome her.”

To add insult to injury the restaurant was full and the staff were unable to find a seat for the Croydon snorter.
